Distinctive business and leisure travellers reside in a 19th century Imperial Riding School in Vienna's diplomatic district, while enjoying the lush 500 m² private garden. This boutique hotel was originally built in 1850, under Emperor Franz Josef I, as a military riding school. During the planning and construction of this hotel the utmost care was taken to preserve the heritage and style of the original architecture. What is now currently the entrance way and the restaurant was originally the horse stable.
In November 2008 The Imperial Riding School Vienna, A Renaissance Hotel, met the high criteria in order to receive the “Österreichisches Umweltzeichen für Tourismus” an official Austrian award for ecology-minded behaviour in the tourism sector.

Travel information
The S7 (commuter train line) takes you directly from the airport to the hotel in 22 minutes. Take the “Rennweg” stop. The station is right behind the hotel.
